Dwarf shrub covered with small bottle-brush-like spikes of ivory-white flowers around mid-May. The leaves are an attractive frosty blue-green in summer, changing to yellow, orange and red in fall. Requires cool, rich, deep, acid soil. Good for shrub borders or foundation plantings.
