The presentation of the original INVOICE is mandatory in any request for an exchange, refund or guarantee of a plant or product.
No coverage will be provided if the damage caused results from the actions of a person, animal, insects, diseases contracted after planting, as well as vandalism or negligence.



A refund or exchange is possible within 10 days of purchasing an inert plant or product and on the same payment method as the purchase. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after 10 days on purchases in liquidation or firm sales.
Here are the conditions for a refund or exchange:
The plant must be in perfect condition, without any signs of poor maintenance or visible neglect such as poor watering, for example.
Remember that a plant is a living organism!
The plant must be in its original pot and not have been planted.
All items sold with a 50% discount or more are firm sales, without warranty, refund or exchange.


“For an exchange or a credit:
Have the invoice on hand when you exchange or credit.”
Have in his possession the dead plants. For a tree with a “spindle basket” rootball, have supporting photos
The plant must have been planted in accordance with our recommendations.
No warranty is applicable due to abnormal weather conditions.

Duration of the take-back guarantee program
We are proud to offer our customers a one-year warranty on all our trees, shrubs, conifers and hardy roses. Our perennials are protected by the take-back guarantee until November of the year of purchase. In addition, we undertake to replace dead plants with new specimens of equal value to the price paid or to offer you credit based on the principle of “replacement value”.

Excluded from warranty programs: Annuals, hybrid roses, aquatic plants, houseplants, flowering pots, turf and vegetables, yellow labels, plants ending in 0.44 and 0.75 cents, transportation, services and commercial accounts.
